The first instrument I ever played was my dad's old blues guitar. Then it was probably our '80s Casio keyboard. I bought my first ukulele in high school from Hogeye Music in Evanston, doing a sick mashup of "Kumbaya" and "Hey Ya" for the school talent show (I know, awesome).
